Arii is very simple. Arii will not store any type of personal and valuable information about any user or ask to do so. At the moment Arii works mostly with Discord's public IDs. That means your user id, server id, channels id, etcThat's it, that is pretty much what Arii will store from you throughout this amazing experience. Of course, there are other type of things that Arii will store that are at some point linked to you. For example, nicknames, usernames, even URLs to songs that you have liked. A full list of extra information that Arii will remember that are not necessarily about your personal information﹒Your favorite songs. URLs of the songs that you have liked while using Arii﹒custom names or nicknames. These are not Discord's nicknames, these are Arii nicknames, yes you can tell Arii to call you whatever name you want and from that moment she will call you for that name﹒server ID, server name, members IDs, members names in current voice channel, player queue for music purposes (temporal). Arii will store this data while she needs it to verify and validate the state of the current player and voice channel so she will know if you was left alone. Arii will keep this data as long as you wish to remove it through Arii or by Requesting manual data deletion through Arii support serverfor the data marked as (temporal) related to music features, Arii will keep this data as long as the player is running on a single session, that means that if you wish to stop the player, you can use a simple command or press a button and the player will end and this temporal data that I call temps, are going to be completely removed since is no longer needed3 Who has access to Arii's database?
Only the developer has access to the database and no one will be granted access in the future.4 How secured is my information?
All data is hosted on high quality servers strongly secured with multifactor authentication using Salted Challenge Response Authentication Mechanism (SCRAM), restricted IP address access, security key files, and other security measures. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 bit encryption too
